Our Lakewood Ranch Home Base

Lakewood Ranch is a tight-knit community, and being here matters. Kirkey Roofing keeps a satellite office at 5103 Lena Rd #102 so we have a real home base in the neighborhood — a place our team can meet with clients, sit down with a Kirkey Roof Advisor, and access what they need without sending everyone to Englewood.

This is not a showroom. We do park vehicles and store materials in this warehouse, so we can get to the northern part of our territory a little faster. Several of our people live in Lakewood Ranch, and this office gives them a local place to work, meet, and take care of neighbors. Most roof assessments still happen at your house, because that is where we need to see the roof.

Concrete tile and architectural shingle are common on the roofs we assess here, and Florida heat is hard on the underlayment underneath. We also serve coastal properties from this office. We replace aging underlayment, repair matching concrete tile profiles, and install new tile systems with high-temperature self-adhering membranes. If you are converting from a lighter roof to tile, Florida code requires an engineer’s sign-off before we install — and we will tell you that up front.

I submitted Kirkey's online form on a weekend requesting someone to inspect all of the vents on my roof. That same day I had an appointment scheduled for Josh to come out in a few days. He inspected the roof and provided pictures that showed all of the vents were okay except for the four gooseneck vents which were rusted badly. Josh provided me with a great quote to replace those four vents that I accepted without any pressure. They were replaced within a week and pictures were provided to me of the old vents being removed and the new vents being installed. Everyone at Kirkey with whom I had contact was professional, courteous and helpful. This is a first-class company that I highly recommend for any of your roofing needs.

We don’t usually write reviews but when you find a company that provides excellent customer service and workmanship it should be noted. From the time sales rep Dustin fully explained the process and details and throughout the whole installation in which our project manager Chris kept us informed step by step to the final inspection, everything went great. The workmanship performed by the crew was excellent. True craftsmanship. We received recommendations from neighbors who had similar excellent experiences and we are happy to be able to pass ours along as well.

It finally rained in Venice, Florida late last month and as you can guess, the leaky roof arrived immediately after. I contacted Linda Hughes the Field Coordinator at Kirkey Roofing. She stopped by that afternoon, identified the leak/issue and 4 days later, Rubin arrived to perform the repairs. This is incredible customer service that we have come to expect from Kirkey Roofing. This is our 3rd roof repair with Kirkey Roofing and all repairs have gone extremely well. Thanks Linda and Rubin, you two are the best.

We had our entire barrel tile roof replaced by Kirkrey Roofing in July 2026. We were fully impressed with their service. Dustin went over the contact with us and fully explained the entire process answering all our questions and addressed all of our concerns from signing the contract to receiving the Uniform Mitigation Verification Form. Work began on the date promised with Field Coordinator Chris managing the work and advising use of its progression. The roof was completed as scheduled at the contracted price.
